Juicing

It's been a week now that we have had the water filtration system installed in our home!
We love the way the alkalized water tastes but I especially love the flavor of the simply purified water.
It dawned on me as I was contemplating what I wanted to focus on in today's blog and it was that worry actually is necessary... I used to say 'Worry only pretends to be necessary!' It is an emotion that must be honored and recognized so we can process it.

I love to drink homemade juice- making it hadn't always been fun for me and we all know how important it is to wash our fruits and veggies even if they are organic. I found that much of the water I used to rinse our produce would end up in our juice.
It worried me to be drinking that juice! No wonder I didn't really enjoy making it!

I hadn't realized how much it worried me until making fresh juice the other night with an enormous feeling of relief. I was happy to have some extra water end up in the juice! Yes to more hydration, cleaner veggies, happier bodies, and a stress free me! 

Procastination

I used to joke that procrastination was my middle name and say things like 'Why do today what you could put off until tomorrow?' Ha... Sometimes I look back and think, Oh no! Don't say that! Procrastinating actually really stresses you out and you feel so good to get everything you want to do done!

Now I know, none of it really matters... really! It's true, waiting until the last minute on detailed tasks does stress me out but in my experience it is better to joke about it than stress out more. Maybe I am an adrenaline junkie.. no.
My goal is to be Effective. Efficient. Emotionally sound!

I see that I don't really procrastinate, I just get distracted by other tasks.

I suppose the best way to decide what could be done next would be to consider how each action will effect my emotional well-being efficiently. I love this!

Our water was installed Friday night... We were up past midnight waiting for the job to finish so we decided to celebrate the end of our 60 day parasite cleanse with INO protein burgers and Late July chips con Lima y Tapatio (Irvin was looking forward to doritos but couldn't bring himself to buy anything Non-GMO!)

Today is Sunday and we are already feeling the benefits of the pure water in our cold showers, drinking and cooking from the sink and using that soft water to hand wash our dishes with Dr. Bronners!

I taught my Zone Yoga class at Bikram Yoga Plus CV with great feed back
took a nap
did my squat pattern exercises
and did the Check Institute questionnaire with Clara and Elyse..
...Irvin (my cast iron phoenix) made all of our juices for the evening and tomorrow..
we're sitting and talking about farts as I type...

We decided to get a water filter for the whole house on a whim. My brother and his wife bought one a couple years ago when they got their house so I called Heather and asked for the name and number of who helped them.

I gave Mario V. a call right away to schedule an appointment. Not worried about how much I might spend... not worried about anything actually, I was genuinely interested in the product and have been for a many years... My mom has raised me to be very aware of harmful chemicals and how to avoid them and after finding out about and reading up on my gene mutation, it just seems like the best thing for me to do.

I'm so grateful that Irvin's desires support my dreams and well being!

I'd been running late to get my barre workout at home in so halfway through it which was supposed to be my appointment time with Mario, I called him to find out that he'd been caught in traffic. Perfect! I had time to finish my me time <3

Irvin and I were sold about 15 mins into the demonstration and the whole time my heart was beating hard. It was all I could do to keep myself from screaming, "How do I sell this!!?" I need to share this with others!

The benefits and importance of clean water is beyond explanation and can be understood by any individual who is hungry for health~ their own heath, the health of their loved ones and the health of the planet.

Making this purchase feels like a most important investment. An investment in greater health, greater relationships, greater clarity and trust.
Clarity water.

My first thought after Mario left to meet his family for his 40th birthday dinner is that "my plants are going to be so happy!" They will be getting pure clean water from now on! <3
